Your enquiry and contact details
This page explains how the website handles an enquiry to Trendit Technologies. For questions about your information, contact [email protected]. Last updated: 5 November 2026.
The form asks for your name, email, chosen service and message. Company, phone and timeline are optional. Please do not include passwords, payment details, health records or confidential customer information.
Preparing an email draft
In draft mode, your form entries stay in the current browser page. Preparing or copying a draft does not submit those entries to Trendit’s server. Opening the email option passes the message to your email application; you choose whether to send it.
The website does not save your draft in browser storage. Refreshing or leaving the page may lose it. Your email provider handles a message you send under its own terms.
When online sending is available
The form clearly changes to “Send enquiry” when online delivery is available. Sending shares your details with Trendit so we can respond and discuss your request. It does not subscribe you to marketing.
Cloudflare hosts the website and, when enabled, its Turnstile service checks for automated submissions. Resend processes online enquiry email for delivery to Trendit’s inbox. These providers may process information outside Ghana. Their handling of security, service data and retention is described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Resend’s privacy policy.
The website application has no enquiry database. Submitted messages are delivered to the business mailbox. Delivery events contain a reference and status, rather than the message or your contact details. A delivery confirmation means the email provider accepted the message; it does not guarantee inbox arrival.
Your choices
You can use your email app instead of online sending. Contact Trendit at the address above to ask about an enquiry, correct your contact details, or request deletion. Information may need to be kept where required for an ongoing engagement or a legal obligation.
The website adds no advertising, analytics or marketing cookies and does not use browser storage for enquiry drafts. Hosting and anti-abuse providers may process technical information for security and service operation.
